About Me

Avid games designer and writer with a passion for crafting rich and compelling storytelling experiences, specializing in narrative, level and cinematic lighting/animation. I love to problem solve, and there is nothing I find more satisfying than watching a vision come to life as part of a collaborative team effort. I mainly work within Unreal Engine and Blender, with some production experience using HacknPlan. Check out my projects below!

Lost Colony

Cinematic trailer for an atmospheric escape-room adventure, where players must explore, solve puzzles and escape the ruins of an abandoned temple deep within a massive underground cavern.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Built custom environment in Unreal Engine using assets from Quixel Bridge

  • Added lighting and particle effects using Niagara

King’s Gambit

A fast-paced, multiplayer third-person shooter built using the Lyra Starter Game framework, where teams fight over territory within an apocalyptic wasteland in a classic Control Point game mode. Combat gameplay involves heavy usage of parkour-like and aerial movement mechanics that can be chained together for offensive or defensive purposes.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Created a custom map and game mode within the Lyra Starter Game framework, using assets from Quixel Bridge and the Unreal Engine Marketplace

  • Implemented level design and interactive environmental assets

  • Modified character materials and VFX using blueprints

Who’s A Good Boy?! (WAGB)

Stealth game featuring a smart AI capable of remembering and reacting accordingly to player actions. Players play as a mischievous puppy whose goal is to cause as much chaos around the house as possible without being caught by their human owner.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Collaborated with artists and programmers to produce a playable prototype within a six-week deadline

  • Managed all design and production tasks from concept through to completion

  • Developed and maintained all documentation, pipelines and recorded weekly logs of iteration and progress

  • Implemented game assets into Unity and tested builds daily
